NASENI Finance Managers Tasked on Effective Resource Management

The Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (EVC/CEO) of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu, has emphasized the critical importance of effective resource management, highlighting the Agency's duty in administering public funds for Nigeria's benefit.

Mr. Halilu made these remarks while inaugurating a one-day sensitization workshop on the Government Integrated Financial Management Information System (GIFMIS) policy and guidelines. The workshop, held at NASENI's headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, was organized in collaboration with the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF).

The primary objective of the workshop was to bolster financial management practices for NASENI's principal officers, directors, managing directors, and accounting officers across the agency's operational spectrum.
